
Hunter and Brenna ran to claim the first good hitting, poking or zapping (magic) stick they could find.



Brenna would follow. And fall down.



It was a tough beach for the sand toys.

Brenna was sulking a bit. Perhaps jealous that our special river time was shared.

I enjoyed their classifications. This pond had many ducks, geese and swans. The swans were the parents. The geese were smaller parents. The ducks were the kids.

Sorry, we had none. But he was big enough to eat the girls. I warned them back a bit.

I held out the promise of treats to keep them going. "Just down that little trail, ladies."







The girls were starting to fight over every little thing. Maybe you can see Brenna's tears.



The swans learned ealier we had no food for them. They wouldn't bother to swim near again.
